What we keep, and why.

What we keep

When you fill in a form on this site, sign up for the newsletter, send us a WhatsApp or Facebook message, or take the score test, we keep what you give us:

• your name, phone number and email address
• your business name and how many people work in it
• your score and your answers to the test
• the time you gave your consent, and which version of the wording you agreed to
• the internet address (IP address) your device used, so we can stop spam and abuse

Why we keep it

To reply to you, to book your free Desk Walk, and to send you your Roadmap. If you sign up for the newsletter, we use your name, business and email to send it to you, once a month, until you unsubscribe. We send you more only if you say yes, and you can say stop at any time.

Where it is kept

Our systems are hosted with Railway, in the United States of America. Your details are stored there.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone for their own marketing.

Your rights

You may ask to see what we keep about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email wynand@integrit.co.za and we will do it. If you are not happy with how we handled it, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
